Job Title: Corporate Travel Sales Executive ( Mid level to Senior level positions)

Reports To: Business Head
Exp range – Between 3 to 5 Yrs
Job Overview- We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Corporate Travel Sales Managers to join our team.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, and achieving sales targets within the corporate travel sector.
This role requires a dynamic individual with excellent sales skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for travel.
Key Responsibilities Sales and Revenue Generation Achieve and exceed sales targets and quotas.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting and networking. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Negotiate contracts and close sales deals with new and existing clients. Market Research and Analysis Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive activities, and potential new markets.
Stay informed about industry developments and new travel products. Analyze client travel data to provide insights and recommendations for cost-saving and efficiency.
Product and Service Knowledge Maintain comprehensive knowledge of the company’s travel products and services. Educate clients on the benefits and features of travel options, including destinations, accommodations, and transportation.
Stay updated on industry standards and best practices. Administrative and Reporting Tasks Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and contract details. Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.
Utilize CRM software to manage client data and track sales activities.
Training and Development Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance sales skills and industry knowledge. Mentor and support junior sales staff as needed. Compliance and Documentation Ensure all travel arrangements comply with industry regulations and company policies.
Prepare and manage all necessary travel documentation and reports.
Qualifications Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Travel & Tourism, or a related field. Proven experience in sales, preferably in the corporate travel industry.
Strong knowledge of corporate travel products, services, and industry trends.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong organizational and time-management skills

Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
Proficiency in using CRM software and MS Office Suite.
Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
Fluency in English and regional languages (Tamil, Telugu, Kannada,Malayalam) is preferred.

Responsibilities:
Provide personalized travel services to clients, including booking flights, accommodations, car rentals, and activities. Offer expert advice on travel destinations, local attractions, and travel arrangements based on clients’ preferences and budget.
Handle inquiries and resolve issues related to travel bookings promptly and professionally. Maintain accurate records of bookings, payments, and client interactions. Stay updated on travel trends, new destinations, and industry regulations. Collaborate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to negotiate rates and resolve booking issues.
Assist with visa applications, travel insurance, and other travel-related documentation as needed. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, including confidentiality and data protection.
Provide post-travel follow-up and support to clients to ensure satisfaction and gather feedback.
Requirements:Minimum of 3 years of proven experience as a Travel Agent, Travel Consultant, or similar role in a travel agency setting.
